How to make contact

Contact Centre Details

If you need to contact us via telephone our Contact Centre is open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

When your call is answered, you just need to say the name of the service or type of service you require and our automated switchboard will transfer your call. For example 'waste & recycling', 'housing', or 'libraries'.  If you know the person you want to speak to, you can ask for them by name. For example 'John Jones' or 'Mr Jones'.

EDO Contact Details

Outside of normal opening hours we operate an emergency out of hours service. Please note this service can only help with genuine emergencies which cannot wait until normal opening hours.
